Pizza Crust



I'm including the various amounts Mom had written down. She had to feed a lot of kids! :)


2 Pizzas:
1 pkg. yeast*
1/2 tsp. oil
1 T. oil
1 c. warm water
2 1/2 (+) c. flour

4 Pizzas:
2 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 T. oil
2 c. warm water
6 (+) c. flour

6 Pizzas:
3 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. oil
3 c. warm water
7 1/2 (+) c. flour

Mix in order given. Gradually add flour to liguid mixture until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 mins.

* 1 pkg. yeast is equal to 1 T. yeast
