White Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. white chips

Combine: flour, cocoa, soda, salt in small bowl. Beat: margarine, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs. Stir in flour mixture and last add chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
