Giant Cinnamon Rolls

6 T. yeast
3 c. flour
3 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/3 c. sugar
Mix together briefly and then let mixture stand for 15 minutes.

1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Mix for 5 minutes and then let stand for 5 minutes.

4 to 5 c. flour.
Mix and then let rise for another 5 minutes. Roll dough out on floured counter top, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread 1/2 c. melted butter on dough. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 lb. dark brown sugar. Roll into jelly role. Use dental floss to slice roll.

Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.

While warm, top with your choice of icing. Enjoy :)

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
small amount of evaporated mix (use as much as you need to make it the consistency you want)

Cream Cheese Frosting
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
