Poppy Seed Muffins

1 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. poppy seeds

After placing all ingredients in bowl, mix together on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into greades tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes one dozen.
