Ravioli Lasagna

1 c. frozen loose cut leaf spinach
2 cans(15 oz. each) of Beef Ravioli
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained well
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. shredded Italian blend cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place spinach in microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 min. Squeeze spinach dry.
Combine ravioli, tomatoes and Italian seasoning in microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 min. or until mixture is hot. Combine cottage cheese, spinach and black pepper.
Place half of ravioli mixture in bottom of baking dish. Top with half of cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 15 min. or until cheese is bubbly.
