Taco Soup :)

1 lb hamburger - browned with either small onion or dry minced onion
2 15oz cans tomotoes (we use crushed but you can use chunker)
1-2 cans water (however thick or thin you like)
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 packet taco seasoning
Cook hamburger. Add all ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes-until beans are softened. Top with Fritos and cheese.

  1. I am such a sucker for taco mom always use to make it for us growing up! :-) Except she never put kidney beans in hers...this is for sure something I'll need to try!

    Oh and I replied on your comment on Color Issue but I thought Id hop over and let ya know here as well ha cover all my bases :-) I got that shirt at old navy for only 6.99 last summer it was to good of a deal to pass up :-)
