1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Mix the margarine and sugar. Add egg and beat until creamy. In different bowl mix: flour, baking powder and salt. Combine flour mixture and milk to sugar. Add vanilla. Mix till smooth. Spread batter in greased 8 - inch baking pan.
Mix:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamen
Sprinkle on top of batter.
Melt 2 T. margaine and dot cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
