Oatmeal Muffins

2 c. dry oatmeal
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 T. baking powder
1/2 c. melted margarine

Pour milk over oatmeal and let stand a couple of minutes. Add sugar and eggs to oatmeal, mix well. Add dry ingredients. Add melted margarine. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.
