Cream Cheese Frosting



Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cream cheese, softened but still cool
5 Tbl unsalted butter, softened but still cool
1 Tbl sour cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ c (4 ½ oz) confectioners’ sugar

Process all ingredients except confectioners’ sugar in a clean work bowl until combined, scraping down the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed. Add the confectioners’ sugar slowly and process until smooth.
